Dr. Kent Godfrey, O.D., graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2006 and joined Vision Masters with a special interest in disease evaluation and treatment, including glaucoma, cataract and laser refractive surgery management, and contact lenses.

Dr. Godfrey has over thirteen years experience in the optical field, beginning as an Optometric Technician and Optician then becoming an Optometrist. A progressive eye care provider, Dr. Godfrey also offers the latest in spectacle and contact lens technology.

Dr. Godfrey has been involved with local Lions Clubs, Rotary clubs, and Share the Vision. He has participated in many missions with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH) providing eye care to underserved populations in Mexico and Costa Rica.  Dr. Godfrey has volunteered on two separate occations to the people of Panama providing eye care to the individuals there and more recently served over 1000 patients in Honduras and Santiago Chile. He and others are organizing the next trip to David Panama in 2011. He will be working with http://www.climbforvisionandhope.com/index.html to raise funds for this worthy cause. Just ask Dr. Godfrey about his work and watch his eyes light up!

Dr. Godfrey loves music and traveling to exotic places – like Costa Rica and Panama. 

Dr. Bob McQuaid

Dr. McQuaid trained at Southern College of Optometry and then taught and practiced at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  In addition to over 20 years of private practice here in Colorado, he currently teaches at a university in Thailand.  He is also an adjunct professor at the new Rocky Vista University here in Colorado. 

Dr. McQuaid is a dedicated fan of the University of Denver Pioneer hockey team.

STAFF

JENNIFER

Jennifer is a fabulous addition to the team at Vision Masters.  When training to become a Ceritified Optician, Jennifer trained with us and returned after a few years to where she can fully utilize her skills.  She has a fantastic eye for detail which is a huge asset in frame selection.  Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and the great Colorado weather.

Carol

When you call our office – you will hear Carol’s wonderful voice greeting you.  She has been in the optical industry for many years.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog in her free time.  Her favorite travel place is Escondido CA because she is close to the beach and the mountains.

Lisa

Lisa is our billing specialist.  With over 8 years industry experience, she is a valuable asset to our team.  Lisa is also a certified paraoptometric technician. In addition to her duties here, Lisa co-ordintates the organization of continuing education classes for other para-optometrics in the Colorado area every summer. Lisa a long time resident of colorado, she loves spending time with her family outside.

George

George has a been in the eye care field for over 20 years here in Colorado.  Having been an owner of a few offices in his time, many people continue to follow George and his happy disposition.  George loves helping people look good and see well at the same time.   George loves spoiling his two daughters!

Michael

Michael is an enjoyable man.  Michael is a licensed optician who has love for educating individuals about the details on their eyewear.  In his free time, Michael enjoys gardening in the summer and Bronco and Buffalo football in the fall.  Michael also spoils his many grandchildren.

Lone Tree Office

Dr. Jon Pederson

Originally from Littleton, Dr. Pederson graduated in 1998 from Washington State University with a degree in Biology/Zoology. He graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2003. Dr. Pederson completed an additional year of residency training in the areas of Geriatrics and Hospital Based Optometry at the Portland Veterans Administration Medical Center. He continued to work at the VA medical center as well as teaching courses in ocular disease and advanced clinical procedures at Pacific University College of Optometry until 2005. Upon returning to the Denver area, Dr. Pederson was the Clinical Director at the Colorado Optometric Center in Five Points, a non-profit teaching clinic providing eye care to the indigent population of Colorado. Dr. Pederson remains active within the public health sector. He has also led several international volunteer eye missions, most recently to Veracruz, Mexico and Chisinau, Moldova. Dr. Pederson currently lives in Denver with his wife Courtney and daughter Harper.

Toni

Toni has been in the eyecare field for over 15 years and brings a wealth of knowledge with her. She has a knack for selecting that perfect frame and lens for every lifestyle. Toni enjoys traveling, biking and relaxing with family and friends.

Jane

Jane has a fantastic view of life and is a joy to work with. Jane loves keeping all her friends updated on the progress of her grandson and his progression towards the white house. Currently he has yet to walk, but it is only time before he also learns to fly.
